Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

   • Available for all Canadian addresses
2. Express Shipping:
   • Delivery within 2-3 business days
   • Available for most Canadian addresses
3. Overnight Shipping:
   • Next business day delivery
   • Available for select Canadian addresses

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on regular-priced items within 15 days of purchase.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Exclusions:

• Clearance and final sale items are not refundable
  (Exchange or store credit only — see Clearance Policy)

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
